Connect the wallet you want to own the account. Paddock finds the accounts that wallet already has — their addresses come from your own address, so there is nothing to look up and nothing stored anywhere.
Open an account
Two transactions: one makes the Safe, one gives it its rules. Your wallet may offer to do both at once.

Trade inside someone's paddock
Paste the account you have been given. You can look at any account; to trade, connect the wallet its owner named.
